Responsibilities

• Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to increase revenue

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong analysis skills for evaluating market data and identifying opportunities
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques
• Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development and retail sales environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
