Responsibilities Lead a restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality food. Demonstrate strong leadership, mentor team members, and resolve issues to keep operations running smoothly. Collaborate with management to increase sales, improve efficiency, and maintain a positive work environment. Take ownership of shift execution, including opening/closing procedures and problem-solving as needed. Qualifications Prior restaurant experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a cohesive team. Willingness to lead, assist others, and provide mentorship to staff. Compensation Wendy's Shift Leaders: $16 - $18 per hour, based on experience and restaurant location.
