Length of Assignment: Initial contracts are for approximately 12 months and are evaluated for renewal based on performance. Pay range: $75.00 - $95.00/hr on w2 (all inclusive). If you are open to looking at non-local candidates will per diem be offered? Per diem is max $700 per week ($100/day). Will travel be required for this position? If so, how often? Periodic travel for corporate meetings and/or testing is optional. What schedule is the candidate required to work: Non outage is 4x10s Monday-Thursday 6a to 4p or 7a to 5p, Outage Implementation windows 6x12s. Strong communication skills both verbal and written Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams Presentation skills Nice to Have Skills: Scheduling software such as P6 High Level Project Overview: The Digital Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Subsequent License Renewal (SLR) Project is a strategic, multi-year initiative supporting the station's Subsequent License Renewal (SLR) Program and long-term operational excellence. The program will modernize both safety-related and non-safety-related analog systems through the implementation of advanced digital technologies, while transforming the main control room with state-of-the-art flat-panel displays and digital control interfaces. This large-scale modernization effort will be executed in carefully planned phases over the next decade, balancing innovation with operational reliability to minimize impacts on plant operations. Team members will have the opportunity to contribute to the design, engineering, licensing, and implementation of next-generation nuclear plant technologies that will enhance plant performance, maintainability, and operator effectiveness for years to come. Preferred Years of Experience: 7-8+ years of industry experience in the field of construction, engineering, finance, and/or management with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in project management Education: Prefer engineering or construction management degree or skilled trade certification PMP Are there any specific companies/industries you'd like to see in the candidate's experience?
