What You'll Own

This role is much more than managing a warehouse. You'll become the operational heartbeat behind our installation and service departments.

Logistics & Planning

• Stage materials for daily installation and service crews
• Coordinate deliveries, vendor pickups, and inventory transfers
• Anticipate material shortages before they affect customers
• Ensure every technician starts the day prepared

Inventory & Purchasing

• Maintain inventory accuracy above 98%
• Oversee receiving, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
• Manage truck stock and warehouse inventory
• Work with purchasing to maintain proper inventory levels
• Reduce waste, shrinkage, and unnecessary spending

Operations & Process Improvement

• Improve warehouse layout and workflow
• Build systems that improve efficiency and accountability
• Track tools, fleet equipment, and company assets
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend better ways of operating
• Help create a warehouse that is organized, predictable, and scalable

Preferred Experience

• Warehouse management or operations leadership
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, industrial supply, or distribution experience
• Inventory management systems or ERP software
• Forklift experience
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• ServiceTitan experience is a major plus

Compensation & Benefits

$72,000-$90,000 plus per year based on experience
