Daily Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret blueprints to plan project workflow
- Coordinate and supervise installation and construction activities
- Perform plumbing, preventive maintenance, and heating ventilation & air conditioning tasks
- Conduct general repairs and ensure compliance with specifications
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality control
Required Skills:
- Electrical knowledge and experience
- OSHA certification for safety compliance
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
- Experience managing budgets and logistics
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in distribution and engineering
- Military background with leadership skills
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $70,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $80,000.00
