Location: Fort Defiance, AZ

Shift: 12-Hour Nights (36 hrs/week)

Requirements:

Active RN License
Minimum 5 years of RN experience
Adolescent Psychiatric nursing experience required
BLS (AHA) required
ACLS preferred
Active TCI, CPI, MANDT, or TEAM certification required
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed

Additional Details:

EMR: RPMS
Holiday coverage required
Maximum of 2 call-outs allowed
No guaranteed hours during admission/discharge weeks and cycle breaks (meetings/training)
13-week contract | 2 openings
