ProCare Therapy is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position in Rosemount, Minnesota for the upcoming school year.
Job Details:
Full-time
August 24, 2026 – December 22, 2026
Elementary school caseload
K–5th grade
School-based setting
OTs only — COTAs will not be considered
Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services
Develop and monitor student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
