Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and daily reports
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes to improve patient outcomes and reduce risk
