Cornerstones of Care is seeking an Adoption Accelerator KS to join our Foster Care team. The role partners with the Department for Children and Families (DCF) and Foster Care Case Management Specialists to serve children with a permanency goal of adoption. You will help ensure safety and welfare, assess program data to identify barriers, and demonstrate strong time-management and decision-making abilities.
