Optima Medical AZ is seeking an Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a busy primary care clinic. You will oversee front-office staff, scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes to support compassionate, patient-centered care. Key duties include supervising and training staff, managing EHR workflows, coordinating provider schedules, optimizing check-in and check-out, handling billing and insurance questions, and tracking office performance metrics.
