Shipping and Receiving

Our client, a leading provider of computer services, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting customer service and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving

Location: Knoxville, TN

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Prepare and package customer orders based on invoices and picking tickets for shipping and delivery
• Load product in pallets, wrap it and preparing for shipping
• Operate RF scanners and add information to computer as needed
• Receive and ship merchandise following established procedures
• Maintain internal customer satisfaction by adhering to warehouse guidelines
• Ensure a safe, error-free, and efficient work environment by following safety protocols

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of related work experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
• Experience operating pallet jacks and using RF scanners
• Ability to safety lift up to 50lbs
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Material-handling experience preferred
• Ability to use computers and add data into internal systems
