Senior UX/UI Designer

Leading the design of user experiences and interfaces for innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Senior UX/UI Designer will work remotely to manage multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into compelling design solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals Develop and deliver design insights and solutions that enhance product usability and brand experience Collaborate across disciplines including product management, engineering, and marketing to co-author design briefs and translate requirements into actionable design objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field AND four (4) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles Virtual Vocations Inc
