Location: Earth City, MO
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 10-Hour Shifts

Are you passionate about quality and take pride in ensuring products meet the highest standards? We are looking for a Roving Quality Inspector to join our team on a stable 4-day workweek schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, working across multiple departments, and playing a critical role in maintaining product excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Perform in-process and final inspections throughout the manufacturing facility
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools
• Verify products meet customer specifications, blueprints, and quality standards
• Complete quality documentation and inspection reports accurately
• Identify non-conforming materials and assist with corrective actions
• Work closely with production teams to maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Move between departments as needed to support quality initiatives and inspections
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Experience using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multiple departments
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and inspection procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude
