Descripción General

El/la Janitor/Custodian es responsable de mantener un ambiente limpio, seguro y ordenado en las áreas de oficina y producción. Este puesto es clave para apoyar una operación de manufactura 24/7 con un alto volumen de empleados, y requiere puntualidad, confiabilidad, buena ética de trabajo y comunicación proactiva.

Las prioridades diarias incluyen mantener limpias áreas de alto tráfico, como múltiples salas de descanso grandes, baños y áreas de basura, para apoyar un entorno de producción ocupado.

Responsabilidades Principales

Realizar tareas generales de limpieza, incluyendo barrer, trapear, aspirar, quitar el polvo y desinfectar superficies
Mantener dos salas de descanso grandes y de alto tráfico limpias, abastecidas y en orden durante todo el día
Limpiar y dar servicio a múltiples baños en áreas de producción y oficinas de manera frecuente durante el turno
Recolectar y sacar la basura en toda la planta varias veces durante el turno, según sea necesario
Mantener la limpieza de:
- Baños y áreas de descanso del área de producción (diariamente)
- Oficinas administrativas, baños y salas de descanso (lunes, miércoles y viernes)
- Oficinas de ventas, baños y salas de descanso (martes y miércoles)
Limpiar ventanas, puertas y superficies de alto contacto según sea necesario
Monitorear el inventario de suministros de limpieza y notificar proactivamente al personal de oficina cuando sea necesario reabastecer
Identificar y reportar problemas de mantenimiento (por ejemplo, plomería u otras reparaciones) y notificar al personal o proveedores correspondientes
Realizar tareas básicas de mantenimiento, como reparaciones menores y ensamblaje de muebles
Mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro siguiendo todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad
