Benefits & PayThe pay range for this job is $12.00 to $22.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner. On top of this, you can earn performance bonuses of up to 200-$600 EXTRA every month! Additionally: Earn paid time off - up to 10 days per year. We pay Training pay. We pay Holiday pay. Qualified drivers are able to earn a further $10 per day as an Achievement Bonus.Here's what you will be responsible for: Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards - Follow our process and you'll delight every customer. You maintain equipment - The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with our housekeeping supplies. Job Requirements: Minimum requirements to be considered for this house cleaning position:Legally authorized to work in the United States. Complete a background check. Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks. You are available for full-time work (8am to 4:30pm) Monday through Friday (and at least one Saturday each month). Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.
