EOS Hospitality - 1 Knights Key Boulevard - Responsibilities: Audit, post and balance daily cashier transactions for outlets including Rooms and Food & Beverage; Reconcile credit card system with daily transaction lists; Prepare daily revenue report data by auditing POS tapes/journals to break down revenue, covers, waiter fees, tips, and settlements by cashier; Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary); Balance and close revenue and settlement accounts nightly and prepare for next day operations
