Front Desk & Guest Services Specialist

Concept is seeking a Xperience Associate to deliver exemplary guest services at the front desk and breakfast area. The role involves managing daily front office tasks, handling reservations, payments, and guest requests, while maximizing sales and controlling expenses in collaboration with the management team.
