We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of residential and commercial landscapes. Your work will involve a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for landscaping.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
- Execute landscape maintenance duties such as planting, pruning, and mulching.
- Operate hand tools and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the installation of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering.
- Conduct snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility.
- Support groundskeeping efforts by keeping areas clean and free of debris.
- Trim trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating various landscaping equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping tasks is beneficial.
- Experience in snow plowing or groundskeeping will be advantageous.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to landscape design and maintenance is essential.
