5 year – $750 Bonus paid one time Responsibilities Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants Ongoing team training Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products. Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met Maintaining a clean and organized salon Cash handling, opening/closing business Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking Qualifications High school diploma, or equivalent.
