Reaching Beyond Limits, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to become a vital member of our team in Vallejo, California. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while engaging with clients at our community health clinic. This LCSW position will allow you to work predominantly from home—leveraging technology to conduct virtual sessions while also having access to our outpatient community health facility as needed. Our work hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a balanced work-life dynamic. • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to understand client needs and mental health status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to address mental health conditions.
• Document session notes and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance skills and therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in mental health therapy and community resource referrals.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Reaching Beyond Limits, you will have the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, ethnicities, and age groups. Many of our clients face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your expertise in building rapport and trust with clients will be essential in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, enabling them to navigate their mental health struggles effectively.

• A valid LCSW license issued in the state of California.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate clients.
• Proficient in client management software and telehealth platforms to facilitate virtual sessions.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing therapy in community health settings or similar environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work with individuals experiencing severe mental Illness and co-occurring disorders.
• Experience with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

The LCSW position offers a competitive salary between USD 90,000 and USD 100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
