The Momofuku Group is comprised of restaurants and bakeries located in the US, Australia, and Canada, a magazine, and an equipment manufacturing company. We are fun, exciting and fast-paced. Momofuku's first restaurant in Washington, D.C. opened in October 2015. Momofuku CCDC serves a roster of dishes that change with the seasons. The restaurant has a bar, noodle bar, main dining room, and private dining room.
We are looking for Runners to join the opening FOH team at our new location in Washington DC.
Some things you'll be doing:
- Setting and clearing tables while anticipating guest needs
- Maintaining general cleanliness of restaurant dining area
- Staying updated on menu changes and specials
- Communicate FOH needs effectively to both FOH and BOH teams
- Ensure guests receive the Momofuku dining experience!
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Must possess exceptional work ethic and a collaborative attitude
- Comfortable and successful when working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and floor skills
- Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
- High volume restaurant experience preferred
- A passion for food & hospitality!
