What's in It for You Compensation : Competitive Pro-Sal model with base salary up to $140,000 +, a bonus package up to $35,000 and 21%+ production. Equipment : Ultrasound, surgical and therapeutic lasers, digital radiology, IDEXX in-house lab, dedicated isolation ward, and more. Mentorship & Support : Work alongside doctors and staff who have been here 10+ years. This isn't a sink-or-swim environment. You'll be supported, collaborated with, and genuinely set up to succeed. Schedule : No on-call. Flexible, collaborative scheduling.
