In this position: The Ranger and Bronco Body Interior Plant Vehicle Team (PVT) Supervisor is responsible for meeting Interior quality objectives (repairs, time to contain, and time to resolve) for current production vehicles. The Bronco/Ranger supervisor leads a team of engineers onsite at Michigan Assembly Plant (MAP) to problem‑solve, contain, and resolve quality issues with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities What you’ll do: Own functional warranty quality objectives for the base function (R/1000, time to contain, time to resolve) Respond to plant/supplier issues before they leave assembly plants. Evaluate chronic and new warranty issues to push for cut off and resolution ASAP Co‑chair Variability Reduction Team (VRT) meetings and report‑outs at the plant Lead problem‑solving, containment, and resolution of Interior 0‑3 MIS warranty Lead Balanced Single Agenda Quality (BSAQ) and problem resolution for IRIS Warranty communication and coordination with VFG/Plant/Others, author projects, manage implementation, calculate impact, and handle warranty glidepath forecasting Approve current‑production WERS Concerns and Alerts for Interior systems Position is located at Michigan Assembly Plant. This is an Onsite role. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate’s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
