Position Summary Advanced controls expert responsible for PLC programming, system integration, and optimization. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Pay rate of $44.50/hr - $46/hr, plus shift differential Schedule: 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am) 401K with company match Health, Dental & Vision (eligibility following 30 days of employment) Paid Time Off 11 paid annual holidays Tuition reimbursement, wellness programs & lifestyle spend $500 Tool Stipend (Would need to bring own tools and toolbox with basic tools to start) Key Responsibilities Develop and modify PLC and HMI programs Lead automation upgrades and new system integration Optimize line performance through control logic changes Partner with engineering and OEMs on capital projects Required Experience 7–10+ years controls / automation experience Proven PLC programming ownership in manufacturing Required Certifications / Training Advanced PLC programming (Rockwell / Siemens required) Controls system design and architecture Motion control, Robotics Skill Level Lead programmer and controls SME Owns automation “brain” of the system The approximate pay for this position is $44.50/hr - $46/hr. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
