About the Role They're seeking a driven attorney ready to take ownership of substantive client matters within a collaborative, growing team. This role suits someone who values meaningful work, wants a genuine stake in client relationships, and is looking to build a long-term practice. Qualifications & Skills Draft customized wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives Advise fiduciaries on trust administration, estate administration, asset distribution, and related planning strategies Guide clients through probate proceedings, including preparing petitions, coordinating filings, and attending hearings Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements for landlords and tenants, including retail, office, and industrial properties Advise clients on construction contracts, mechanic’s liens, risk management, and dispute resolution Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for the sale and development of industrial, office, and retail properties Business, Lending & Finance Represent lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions, including due diligence, documentation, and closings Support business clients with entity formation, corporate governance, contract review, and general commercial matters Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off About The Agency Recruiting The Agency Recruiting is a specialized search firm that connects high-performing talent with growth-focused organizations across a diverse range of industries nationwide.
