• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,512wk
• $3,800/wk Gross Eligibility

Required Experience:
•OR License or Waiver Eligible
•1 year experience in the last 3 years
•BLS, ACLS

Schedule/Facility Info:
•Schedule: 10hr Days
•Hours: 0630-1700 (Week2 and 8, 0830 start time)
•GTD: 40hrs/wk
•13 weeks
•ASAP start
