Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric groups through standardized assessments and direct observation.

Design individualized treatment plans that cater to both immediate goals and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements.

Deliver focused speech therapy interventions that enhance communication, language, fluency, voice quality, and swallowing skills.

Collaborate closely with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to ensure well-rounded care strategies.

Provide invaluable education to patients and their families to promote progress beyond clinic sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions to maintain care continuity throughout the treatment experience.

Ensure timely and accurate documentation that aligns with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Stay abreast of current developments in the field through continuous education and collaboration with peers.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Strong command of evidence-based treatment methods for all ages, with deep knowledge of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing issues.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for engaging with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Ability to adjust therapy techniques to respect diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Sound clinical judgment paired with creative problem-solving capabilities.

Comfortable working with electronic medical records and adhering to documentation norms.
