We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer III to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform Structural Analysis and Design : Utilize applicable codes and standards to conduct structural analysis and design.
• Develop Technical Documents : Create layouts, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Lead Design Phases : Lead or support schematic and conceptual design phases.
• Review and Coordinate : Review shop drawings and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Project Leadership : Serve as lead or project engineer on assigned projects.
• Supervise Team Members : Supervise and guide Designers/Drafters as needed.
• Conduct Field Visits : Verify site conditions and measurements through field visits.
• Use Engineering Software : Employ software such as AutoCAD, Revit, RAM, etc., to produce design documents.
• Client Interaction : Participate in client meetings, proposals, and business development.
• Coordinate with Construction Teams : Work closely with construction teams on design-build projects.
• Prepare Technical Documentation : Organize and prepare technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Education : B.S. in Civil Engineering (required); M.S. preferred.
• License : Registered Professional Engineer in Florida (required).
• Experience : 10+ years in structural engineering; federal project experience preferred.
• Certifications : LEED AP BD+C is a plus.
• Software Proficiency : Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, RAM, Mathcad, Enercalc, Microsoft Office.
