Certified Surgical First AssistantJob Title: Certified Surgical First Assistant Profession: CSFA Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours (0630 to 1700) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Not required Certifications: BLS, Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) Must-Have: 1 year of experience Description: Start date is as soon as possible. Orientation occurs every Monday. Weekend requirements vary and will be discussed in the interview. Call requirements also vary and will be discussed in the interview. No floating requirement. Required certifications include BLS and CSFA. The facility has 4 operating rooms. The typical staffing ratio is 1:1. Types of surgical cases include General, Orthopedic, Neurological, OB-GYN, and ENT. Blue scrubs will be provided. There is a 24/7 pharmacy on site. The trauma level of the facility is 3. The care setting is acute. Division is Allied Health.
