???? Now Hiring: Transportation Coordinator (Part-Time)

???? Location: Secane, PA

LYNC Transportation Services is hiring a Transportation Coordinator to support daily operations, scheduling, and communication between drivers, schools, and families.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-supported environment.

???? Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM

???? Pay

• $20/hour starting, with opportunities for growth based on performance 

???? Responsibilities

Trip Management & Scheduling Support:

• Coordinate and manage daily trip requests, bookings, and schedule adjustments
• Assist with field trip planning, on-demand transportation requests, and special accommodations
• Monitor trip coverage and communicate updates or changes to drivers and stakeholders
• Ensure trip information is accurately entered and maintained within company systems
• Support efficient route utilization and operational scheduling needs
• Prepare  driver assignments and monitor service performance

Fleet & Compliance Coordination:

• Assist with scheduling vehicles for preventative maintenance, inspections, and service appointments
• Monitor fleet maintenance schedules to help ensure vehicles remain compliant and operational
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, service logs, and inspection documentation within company systems
• Track vehicle registration, insurance, inspection, and credentialing deadlines
• Help ensure vehicle inspections are being conducted and properly documented
• Coordinate communication regarding vehicle maintenance needs and follow-up repairs as needed

???? Additional Support (As Needed)

• Assist with driving coverage during call-outs or emergencies
• Support as a vehicle attendant/monitor if needed
• Help ensure all routes are fully covered and running smoothly

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, apps, and phone systems (Zoom)
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in real time
• Transportation, dispatch, or logistics experience preferred
