Charge RN - Labor & Delivery Leader

St Francis Hospital

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Charge RN to lead a department of frontline nurses in an acute care setting in Washington, DC. The role focuses on advocating for nurses and ensuring high-quality patient care across Med/Surg with emphasis on Mother-Baby and L&D cohorts. The Charge RN will be accountable for performance management, policy adherence, and thorough clinical documentation.
