Role Overview Evaluate customer calls to assign the right technician to each job. Responsibilities Dispatch technicians according to schedule. Schedule and monitor service calls and technician assignments. Handle incoming service calls and adjust schedules as necessary. Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously. Ensure customer satisfaction by managing concerns and special requirements. Coordinate and verify weekend and on-call duties for co-workers. Support and collaborate with team members. Skills Required Experience in customer support or as a client service representative. Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets. Strong skills in phone handling and active listening. Experience with CRM systems. Strong adaptability to various customer interactions. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
