CentraCare Rehabilitation Team Occupational Therapist

Join our CentraCare Rehabilitation Team as a full-time Occupational Therapist serving our critical access hospital and clinic settings! This position offers a regular schedule primarily based in Paynesville, with a flexibility to cover our Melrose location based on department and patient need. You'll deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to a diverse population across both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing care for patients of all ages with a strong emphasis on expanding our existing pediatric services.

Schedule:

• Full time | 80 hours every two weeks
• Monday-Friday | 8:00 am- 4:30 pm

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting salary begins at $80,664.48 and increases with experience
• Salary range: $71,676.80-$109,699.20 per year
• Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
• $5,000 hiring bonus | $5,000 relocation bonus available for qualified candidates

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required prior to completion of unit orientation required
• Licensed by the MN Board of Occupational Therapy as an occupational therapist or current temporary permit required
• License required within 90 days from date of exam
• Prior experience in pediatrics preferred
