Build Something Great With AO Services! AO Services is seeking an experienced, driven, and hands‑on Restoration Division Manager to help relaunch, develop, and grow our restoration division. We are an established company with existing restoration equipment, a history of restoration work, and strong relationships within the property management industry. We are looking for the right person to take this opportunity and turn it into a successful, profitable restoration operation. This is not just another management position. This is an opportunity to build and lead a division from the ground up with the support and resources of an established company. What You'll Be Responsible For Develop and grow AO Services' restoration division. Generate new restoration business through existing property management relationships and new opportunities. Oversee water damage mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and related restoration services within the company's approved scope. Manage restoration projects from initial inspection through completion. Prepare estimates, manage budgets, and ensure project profitability. Evaluate and maintain restoration equipment and supplies. Establish relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Recruit, train, and supervise restoration technicians as the division grows. Develop efficient operating procedures and maintain quality standards. Provide regular updates to ownership on projects, revenue, and growth. Maintain excellent customer service and strong client relationships. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of restoration industry experience preferred. Proven restoration management or leadership experience. Strong knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, and restoration procedures. Experience with Xactimate estimating software preferred. IICRC certifications strongly preferred. Experience in business development and generating restoration work. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Experience managing project costs and profitability. Valid driver's license.
