Production Associate Full Time Pardeeville, WI, US 5 days ago Requisition ID: 1056 Compensation: $23.34 per hour + any applicable shift differential Shift: Multiple Shifts - Overtime as needed Position Summary While reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for packing products in a quick, safe, and efficient manner. Excellent attendance is crucial to the team's success. This role requires a proven ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborate across departments, identify defects on the packing line, and maintain a strong commitment to quality and safety standards. You will take pride in your hands-on abilities, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail while supporting ThermoSafe’s operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Safety is the #1 priority at all times Pack products accurately and efficiently to meet production requirements. Collaborate closely with production teams and other departments. Maintain a high regard for 5S and workplace organization standards. Troubleshoot production issues and respond effectively to changing situations. Monitor and report on the quality of manufactured products. Consistently move product and place it in designated pack-out locations throughout the shift. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times. Perform all duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager. Support ThermoSafe’s quality and safety policies and procedures. Assist other departments as needed to meet operational demands. Work overtime as required. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Strong sense of urgency with a "get it done" attitude. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Working knowledge of manufactured products and quality requirements. Reliable, committed, self-motivated, and quality focused. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions. Ability to perform repetitive duties, including climbing stairs and standing for extended periods. Ability to work quickly while maintaining craftsmanship and attention to detail. Preferred Previous forklift certification and experience safely operating a forklift. Experience with 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience supporting quality and safety programs in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to identify defects and maintain high quality standards. Physical & Work Environment Requirements This position requires regular standing and walking throughout the workday and involves repetitious duties in a manufacturing environment. Employees frequently use their hands and arms to perform job duties and may occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, speak, and hear. The role requires the ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment that is not temperature-controlled. Employees may be exposed to varying indoor temperatures and seasonal conditions typical of an industrial production setting. The work environment may also involve exposure to moving mechanical equipment, chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, and elevated noise levels. The use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including respiratory and hearing protection, may be required based on job assignments and work area conditions.
