WE’RE HIRING! — MDS COORDINATOR

Kirkland Court is looking for a full-time MDS Coordinator to join our team!

We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate healthcare professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality resident care and accurate reimbursement.

Position: MDS Coordinator

Schedule: Full-Time

License: RN or LPN

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience

Benefits: Full benefits package

What we’re looking for:

- RN or LPN license in good standing

- MDS experience preferred

- Strong knowledge of the MDS/RAI process and regulatory requirements

- Working knowledge of the PDPM (Patient-Driven Payment Model)

- Understanding of clinical documentation and accurate capture of diagnoses, services, and conditions that support appropriate reimbursement

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration

- Commitment to accurate documentation, compliance, quality outcomes, and resident-centered care
