Pay Hourly pay range: $24.28 - $43.75. Pay is based on factors such as labor market, education, work experience, and certifications. Manage multiple priorities and processes in a fast-paced retail environment. Maintain confidentiality, flexibility, and exceptional time management. Provide cross-functional support and key store-facing priorities for field senior admins. Work independently as a proactive self-starter without daily guidance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; four-year degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with multiple levels. Flexible, resilient, and nimble; comfortable working in grey areas that are constantly changing. Accountable with a high degree of initiative; able to balance fluctuating workload. Exceptional ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make decisions. High attention to detail. Experience using Microsoft Office preferred.
