Civil Transportation Project ManagerLocation: Raleigh, NCSalary: $140K - $150KThis position offers the opportunity to manage projects from planning and design through construction and closeout while serving as a key point of contact for clients and leading multidisciplinary project teams.ResponsibilitiesLead transportation projects from initial planning and design through construction and project closeoutDevelop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverablesServe as a primary point of contact for clients, agencies, stakeholders, and project partnersLead and coordinate engineers, designers, and other technical team membersMonitor project financial performance, schedules, resources, and overall project deliveryProvide technical oversight and review transportation plans, reports, drawings, and other deliverablesEnsure projects meet applicable agency requirements, design standards, codes, and quality requirementsIdentify project risks and resolve technical, schedule, budget, and client issuesSupport proposals, client development, and pursuit of new transportation work as applicableQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline10+ years of civil/transportation engineering experience, including project management responsibilityProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseExperience managing transportation design projects, budgets, schedules, clients, and technical teamsKnowledge of roadway/transportation design principles and applicable agency standardsExperience working with DOT, municipal, or other public-sector transportation clients preferredAll applicants must be able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship of any type now or in the future
