This role is an exceptional opportunity for experienced Operating Room nurses seeking to broaden their expertise and enhance their clinical skills. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary surgical team, you'll encounter a diverse case mix and be exposed to varied management and leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours/week
• 12-hour AM shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• At least 3 years of inpatient surgical experience, including recent Level 1 trauma expertise
• Proficient in a minimum of 5 OR service lines
• Outstanding communication skills
• Positive, collaborative attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care throughout the surgical process in a high-acuity OR setting
• Coordinate care for complex cases and trauma patients
• Work collaboratively with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and compliance standards
• Communicate proactively with team members and families
