• Recruiting a board-certified General Surgeon who has completed or is in the process of completing a Vascular Surgery fellowship. The incoming physician would perform a blend of general and vascular procedures.
• Hospital-employment
• Vascular Surgery fellowship required
• Joining one General Surgeon
• 10 days/month call (only 1 weekend/month)
• OR block time
• Must live within 20 minutes of the hospital per bylaws

Compensation . The Starting Salary is $25,000 To $50,000 more compared to starting Medicine salaries in Houston and Dallas. Coupled with a cost of living of 20% lower than the aforementioned metropolitan areas, provides significant purchasing power to build their dream home, payoff school loans and retire early.
