Nursing Director: ICU, CSU & Dialysis Leader

Hr Journals is seeking a Nursing Director for their ICU, CSU, and Dialysis units in Sunnyvale, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring high-quality patient care and managing departmental performance. Key qualifications include an active RN license in Texas, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and 3–5 years of leadership experience in critical care. AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
