As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and loving environment, learn valuable leadership skills, and be a part of a dynamic team that values excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperating with the general manager on project planning and staff management.
• Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
• Delegating daily tasks and supervising staff.
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
• Setting a good example for the team.
• Coaching team members and training new staff.
• Handling customer issues and employee disputes.

Essential Role Functions

• RAVING FANS SERVICE: Serving customers with genuine care and a smile
• BAKING CRUMBL COOKIES: Following recipes with precision and care
• PRESENTATION & CLEANLINESS: Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• TEAMWORK: Supporting fellow team members in various tasks
• EFFICIENT: Providing exceptional service in a quick manner
• TECHNOLOGY: Using business technology efficiently
• KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: Safely operating kitchen equipment

Compensation

• $20 to $25Hr
