Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing operations, supporting the production team and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Job Title: Production Lead Location: Greensboro, NC Pay Range: $18-20/hr Shift: 1st Shift What's the Job? Oversee daily production operations in a laminate tile manufacturing facility Provide clear direction and support to production team members Ensure machines are operated safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards Coordinate workflow, monitor production output, and address basic machine or process issues Train, mentor, and promote a safe and productive work environment What's Needed? Prior lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Hands‑on machine operation experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to coordinate workflow and monitor production metrics Commitment to safety and quality standards What's in it for me?
