Septic Pumping & Inspection Technician (CDL Required)

The Septic Pumping & Inspection Technician role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, outdoor work and want to be part of a respected, established company. This position involves operating specialized equipment, performing essential septic services, and interacting with homeowners around North Central Indiana to ensure their systems are functioning properly.

Responsibilities

Operate a septic pump/vac truck to service residential septic systems
Pump and clean septic tanks at customer locations
Inspect septic systems and accurately document conditions
Locate septic tanks and access points in various settings, including yards, basements, and crawlspaces
Communicate inspection findings to homeowners in clear, understandable terms
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of trucks and equipment
Adhere to DOT, safety, and environmental regulations at all times

Qualifications

Required

Valid CDL (Class B preferred)
Ability to perform physical, outdoor work in various weather conditions
Clean Driving Record
Ability to pass background and drug screening

Preferred

Septic, Plumbing, or utility experience
