Account Coordinator

, you’ll play an important role in connecting customers, Sales, and internal teams. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your organization, communication, and customer service skills will make a direct impact. What You’ll Do Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and provide exceptional service. Coordinate orders, shipments, samples, and customer follow-ups. Partner with Sales, Production, and other internal teams to keep projects moving. Enter orders and help resolve customer questions and issues. Track deadlines and ensure orders are completed and delivered on time. Support customer visits and attend industry trade shows as needed. Gain valuable experience working closely with customers and supporting business development. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Manufacturing, OEM, private-label, customer service, or sales support experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree with related experience, or equivalent experience. Why Consider This Opportunity?
