Therapy Technician – Katy, TX $17.00/hour | Full-time, Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm

Reliant Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Therapy Technician for our Katy clinic . You'll work hands-on with kids every day, supporting our OT, PT, and SLP teams as they help children reach real milestones — first steps, first words, first time riding a bike.

What you'll do:

Patient support

• Assist and/or supervise patients during exercises, transfers, ambulation, and daily living activities
• Transport and assist patients to and from treatment areas
• Prepare patients, equipment, and treatment areas ahead of sessions

Clinic & equipment care

• Clean and sanitize treatment areas, toys, and equipment throughout the day; complete final closing cleaning
• Check and log pool temperature and pH levels
• Complete equipment checklists and required facility logs
• Stock and organize therapy room supplies; track inventory and flag low stock
• Report equipment in disrepair or safety hazards to your supervisor

Communication & documentation

• Relay treatment progress and any changes in a patient's condition to their therapist
• Support therapists and clinic leadership with clerical tasks as needed
• Maintain patient, employee, and visitor confidentiality at all times

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working closely with children and families
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
• Prior experience in healthcare, childcare, or a related field is a plus but not required
