This is a fully in-office role where you'll work side by side with our marketing team, help drive appointments, and make every client feel taken care of from the very first interaction.

Pay: $23–$27/hour + Bonus

What Your Days Look Like: (Afternoon/Evening Shift)

• Answering inbound calls and making clients feel heard right away
• Scheduling and confirming appointments with our marketing and canvass leads
• Checking in with past clients to make sure they had a great experience
• Keeping client records clean, accurate, and up to date
• Staying in close communication with your teammates and the people you serve

• Someone who genuinely enjoys people and makes them feel at ease
• A great communicator in person, on the phone, and in writing
• Organized, dependable, and able to juggle priorities with a smile
• A true team player who brings positive energy to the room
• Experience in customer service or sales is a bonus, but your attitude matters more
