Requirements Supervisor/Charge Experience BLS Certification 8 years of experience ARMRIT or ARRT R Certification ARRT MR Certification Venipuncture Skills Shift Specification Full-time leadership role, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Oversee MRI operations across multiple campuses Coordinate staffing and manage schedules Provide clinical support during staffing shortages Optimize patient flow and scanner utilization Ensure MRI safety and regulatory compliance Coach, onboard, and manage employee performance Collaborate with radiologists, nursing, and leadership Implement workflow improvements Monitor quality metrics and departmental performance Imaging Services Neuro MRI Cardiac MRI Body MRI Musculoskeletal MRI Breast MRI MRI-guided breast biopsy Pelvic MRI Prostate MRI and ablation procedures Interventional MRI procedures The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational judgment, and extensive MRI expertise, capable of managing multi-site operations and driving excellence in a complex healthcare environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr TALENT Software Services
