Daytime Reset Merchandiser

JOB SUMMARY:As a reset team member, you will be responsible for working as part of a team to reset and merchandise shelves. Your key role will be to work collaboratively with your colleagues resetting sections to approved planogram. Additional job duties include moving, re-stocking, or rearranging product on store shelves.VIDEO JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB FUNCTIONS:Shift Consists of: Monday through Friday from 5am to 2pm.Direct temporary/part-time workers when neededWork independently to execute category/aisle set planDemonstrate a high level of teamwork when interacting with Kroger, National Food Brokers and other P.L. Marketing employeesApply strong merchandising skills and ability to read, understand and implement planograms per Kroger merchandising standardsOperate Kroger equipment in a “safety first” mannerConsistently communicate merchandising opportunities to supervisorProvide customer assistanceMust remain qualified as an insurable driverUp to 50% overnight travel may be requiredMust be able to perform essential job function of this position with or without reasonable accommodationsDuring periods of reduced regular scheduled hours due to circumstances including, but not limited to, holidays or unforeseen urgent customer support needs, employees may be responsible for additional store support outside of their normal essential job functionsMust be able to perform essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationsMINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED equivalentBe 18 years of age or olderCommunicate (read, write and speak) fluent EnglishRead, understand and implement plan-o-gramsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordComputer/internet access with knowledge of email and web-based applicationsAdapt to advancing technology and computer solutionsExcellent communication skills and ability to work well with a teamQualify as an insurable driver with excellent driving recordHighly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervisionA smartphone with internet/data access is required. This position may require installation and utilization of an app on your smartphone to complete the requirements of the position.
