Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in New Orleans, LA! We’re looking for a professional, motivated individual who knows how to deliver excellent customer service, build relationships with prospective residents, and help drive occupancy.
Requirements:
- Previous apartment leasing experience REQUIRED
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience conducting property tours and following up with prospective residents
- Knowledge of leasing applications, lease paperwork, and resident relations
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multifamily environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule property tours
- Show apartments and highlight community amenities
- Process applications and prepare leasing documentation
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases
- Assist with resident requests and maintain excellent customer service
